 Service Terms, Disclaimer, & Warranty Policy

By requesting, scheduling, or authorizing service from 463 Automotive Solutions LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorization

The customer certifies that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorization to request repairs and accept financial responsibility for all services performed.

2. Safe Work Environment

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible location for repairs. 463 Automotive Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work environment is determined to be unsafe due to traffic, weather, unstable ground, poor lighting, aggressive animals, hazardous conditions, or any other safety concern.

3. Estimates & Additional Repairs

All estimates are based on the visible condition of the vehicle and the information available at the time of diagnosis. Additional repairs, labor, or parts may be required if hidden damage or other issues are discovered. No additional work will be performed without customer approval.

4. Mobile Service Limitations

Certain repairs require specialized equipment or shop facilities that cannot be safely or effectively provided in a mobile environment. If this occurs, the technician may recommend that the vehicle be transported to a repair facility.

5. Diagnostic Disclaimer

Automotive diagnosis is based on available symptoms and testing. While every reasonable effort is made to accurately diagnose and repair the concern, 463 Automotive Solutions LLC cannot guarantee that a repair will resolve all existing or future vehicle issues, especially where multiple failures or intermittent problems exist.

6. Customer-Supplied Parts

463 Automotive Solutions LLC does not install customer-supplied parts. All replacement parts are sourced through approved suppliers to ensure quality, proper fitment, and warranty coverage.

7. Warranty

463 Automotive Solutions LLC provides a 1-year, unlimited mileage labor warranty on repairs performed by our technicians.

Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, if applicable. Warranty coverage does not apply to failures resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Racing or commercial misuse
• Accidents or collisions
• Overheating
• Lack of maintenance
• Improper repairs or modifications performed by others
• Failures of unrelated vehicle components

Warranty claims must be evaluated by 463 Automotive Solutions LLC before any warranty determination is made.

8. Roadside & Emergency Repair Liability

Roadside and emergency repairs are intended to restore vehicle operation when reasonably possible but may be temporary depending on the nature of the failure.

The customer acknowledges that roadside locations may present hazards beyond the control of 463 Automotive Solutions LLC. By requesting roadside or emergency service, the customer assumes responsibility for choosing the service location whenever possible.

463 Automotive Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing mechanical or electrical failures.
• Additional failures resulting from operating a damaged vehicle before or after repairs.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, parts availability, law enforcement, towing services, or other events beyond our control.
• Lost income, lost business, towing costs, rental vehicle expenses, lodging, missed appointments, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

If the technician determines that the vehicle cannot be repaired safely at the roadside, service may be declined, discontinued, or limited, and towing to an appropriate repair facility may be recommended.

9. Test Driving

The customer authorizes the technician to start, move, and test-drive the vehicle as necessary to diagnose, verify, and complete repairs.

10. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements have been made. Vehicles, keys, or repair documentation may be withheld where permitted by Texas law until payment has been received.

11. Limitation of Liability

463 Automotive Solutions LLC's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific repair giving rise to the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. 463 Automotive Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, incidental or consequential damages, towing, rental vehicles, lost wages, loss of use, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. By accepting any invoices and paying for services rendered, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and confirms that the repairs have been completed to their satisfaction.

12. Acceptance

By scheduling, requesting, or authorizing service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
